1. Acceptance of Terms

Stefan Supply respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal information when you visit our website or purchase a digital product. It also describes your choices and data protection rights.

2. Data Controller

Stefan Supply is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. Privacy enquiries are handled directly; no separate data protection officer has been appointed. You can contact us at hello@stefansupply.com.

3. Information We Collect

3.1 Contact and Order Information

We collect your name and email address when you contact us or complete checkout. Purchase records also include your billing country and checkout IP address. You do not need to create a Stefan Supply account.

3.2 Payment Information

Our payment provider collects card details through its own checkout form. Stefan Supply receives the order reference, purchase amount, product and email address, but never your card details.

3.3 Usage Information

With analytics enabled, we collect page views, referral pages, approximate country, device and browser details, operating system, screen size and visit duration. Checkout IP addresses are retained with purchase records for fraud prevention and customer support.

3.4 Session Recordings

Microsoft Clarity provides session recordings and heatmaps showing pointer movements, clicks and scrolling. Text entered into form fields is masked in your browser before transmission and is not recorded.

3.5 Email Updates

When you subscribe to email updates, we collect your email address to send Stefan Supply news and product updates. No additional personal information is required.

4. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect phone numbers, card numbers or special-category personal data. Postal addresses are not copied into our email system. We do not purchase information from data brokers or knowingly collect information about children.

5. How We Use Your Information

5.4 Legal Obligations

We retain order records to meet Danish bookkeeping requirements and other applicable legal obligations.

5.5 Email Updates

We send optional email updates only with your consent after you submit the subscription form. You can withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing or contacting us.
