1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing stefansupply.com or downloading, duplicating or purchasing a digital product, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them before using our website or products. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Stefan Supply.
2. Products and Services
Stefan Supply provides digital Notion templates and business systems. Products are delivered electronically as one-time purchases or free downloads. No physical items are shipped, and no subscription or Stefan Supply account is required.
2.1 Notion Templates
Each template can be duplicated into your own Notion workspace. Free templates require an email address at Polar checkout. Pro templates are supplied through a delivery link after payment is confirmed.
2.2 Availability
We may update or withdraw products from sale without prior notice. Removing a product from sale does not affect a licence you already hold.
3. Licensing and Intellectual Property
3.1 Licence Grant
Purchasing or duplicating a product grants you a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use it under these terms. Stefan Supply retains ownership of the design, structure, formulas and written content.
3.2 Permitted Use
Free license: Free templates are for personal, non-commercial use only, even if you choose to pay an optional amount. Commercial use requires a Pro license. Every template sold as a paid product carries a Pro license, even when its name does not include “Pro.” Pro license: Paid templates and the Complete Pro Bundle may be used personally or commercially, including inside your company or to deliver work to a paying client. The client must be paying for your work, not for the template. You may modify your template; the restrictions in section 3.3 still apply.
3.3 Prohibited Use
You may not redistribute or resell a template, whether modified or unmodified, or include it in a template gallery, marketplace, asset pack, course, membership or lead magnet. You may not share paid products outside your organisation, claim them as your original work or use them to train machine-learning models.
3.4 Termination of a Licence
A material breach of section 3.3 terminates your licence. If your licence ends, you must stop using the product and delete all copies in your possession.
4. Prices and Payment
4.1 Prices
Prices are listed in US dollars. Applicable taxes, duties or bank fees may be charged separately. Prices may change, but the amount displayed at checkout applies to your purchase.
4.2 Payment Processing
Payments are handled by our payment provider under its own terms. Stefan Supply does not receive, store or have access to your card details.
4.3 Failed or Reversed Payment
Paid access is granted after payment is confirmed. If a payment is reversed or charged back, the licence becomes void and access may be withdrawn.
5. Delivery and Access
5.1 How Delivery Works
All products are delivered digitally. Free templates are accessed through Polar checkout using your email address. For paid products, the delivery link is sent to the address provided at checkout.
5.2 Checkout Details
Please provide a valid email address and check your spam folder for the delivery message. You are responsible for the accuracy of your checkout details; delivery to the address you provide completes our delivery obligation.
5.3 Delivery Assistance
If you have not received your delivery link, contact hello@stefansupply.com so we can help you access your purchase.
6. Updates and Support
6.1 Product Updates
Future revisions of your template are included at no additional cost. Request the latest version at hello@stefansupply.com using the template name and your checkout email address. Updates are supplied as a new copy: your existing workspace and records do not update automatically. Back up your data, duplicate the new version separately and transfer your records or apply the changes manually. Check relations, formulas and views before replacing your previous copy.
6.2 Support Scope
We provide email support for access issues and products that do not work as described, with replies within 2–3 working days. Support does not include Notion training, custom template work or repairs to changes you have made.
6.3 Notion Compatibility
Our templates are designed for the current version of Notion. If a platform update affects your template, contact us for assistance. We reply within 2–3 working days; resolution times depend on the issue and any action required from Notion.
7. Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital products. Please review the product description and preview before purchasing.
The refund policy forms part of these terms.
8. Website Use
You must not scrape or crawl the website at scale, probe its security or bypass access restrictions. Reselling access, distributing malware and harassment are prohibited. We may block access without notice if these conditions are breached.
9. Website Ownership
Stefan Supply owns the website, its written content, layout, illustrations, name and branding. Access to the website does not grant permission to use or reproduce the Stefan Supply brand.
10. Third-Party Services
Our website and products rely on third-party services, including Notion, our payment provider, Cloudflare, Google and Microsoft. Their availability, pricing and terms are outside our control. Interruptions to these services do not qualify for a voluntary refund.
11. Warranties and Liability
11.1 Product Warranties
We do not guarantee that a product will meet a particular purpose, be free from errors or support workflows not described on its product page.
11.2 Professional Advice
Our templates are organisational tools, not financial or legal advice. You remain responsible for decisions made using the information you enter or the results a template displays.
11.3 Cap on Liability
To the fullest extent the law permits, total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Indirect, incidental and consequential loss, including lost profit and lost data, is excluded.
11.4 What Cannot Be Excluded
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under Danish law.
12. Consumer Rights
If you buy as a consumer in the EU or the UK you keep every mandatory right your local law gives you, and nothing in these terms reduces them. Where a term here conflicts with a mandatory right, the mandatory right wins.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The revision date appears at the top of this page, and material changes will be noted here. Continued use of the website or products after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes are subject to the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark, unless applicable consumer law allows you to bring a claim in your own country. Please contact us before starting proceedings so we can try to resolve the matter directly.
